Congrats to Pat ryan for finishing second in the A4 race in abbeyfeale on sunday. The race was 4 laps of a 15 km loop. The race finished with a sprint finish, Pat just missed first place but was delighted with the second place finish. The picture shows from left to right Pat Ryan and Brian Devitt after the race. The two lads are the first members of the club to represent the club in the new club kit. Everyone in the club must now buy a red bike like the lads to go with the new kits :-)
 
 
The times for the 6th week of the time trial series are as follows, Liam Butler 26:25 to earn 3rd place, Graham Butler 27:35, Pat Ryan 29:14, Brian Devitt 30:40 and J P Dilian 32:05. Next weeks edition of the time trial is the most important as it is the seventh and final time trial in the series. The best six results will be added to get each athletes final standing and prizes will be awarded.
 
 
Graham Butler and his partner produced a fine display to come second in this week’s edition of the Patrickswell time trial league. This week was a two man time trial, Graham and his partner Simon Ryan of Dan Morrissey Carrick wheelers got a time of 25:40 giving them second position on the night. Dermot Radford and his partner got a time of 27:03, Liam Butler came in with a time of 27:30, Brian Devitt and Partner produced a time of 29:09. The Tippwheelers newest member from France J P Dilain and partner got a time of 35:09.

Congrats to Dermot Carew who took part in the FBD race. Dermot is a local of tipperary town and he trains with the tippwheelers at times when he needs some good quality training :-). For those of you wondering where was Dermot we have circled his head to show him
 
 
Tippwheelers Mairead O Connor and Deirdre Ryan represented the club in the Trip to Tipp.The 70k route began in Thurles and on to Dundrum and from their went on to Cashel. There was a food stop in Cashel and this is where the photos were taken. The cycle continued onto Horse and Jockey, Littleton, Two-mile Borris and back into Thurles. Despite the rain the ladies reported  it was a very enjoyable day.

Butler wins in Limerick to give tippwheelers first victory,
On Thursday the 13th of May Liam Butler completed the Cycling Pursuits
11.5 mile Time Trial in a fantastic time of 26:11, this performance
earned Liam first place on the night. Gramham Butler had a time of
28:11 and the ever improving Dermort Radford recorded a time of
29:12.Pat Ryan finished in 29:17. Ruaidhri Devitt and Brian Devitt had
times of 30:09 and 31:27. The leagues continues for another three
weeks.
 
 
This weeks edition of the time trial had cyclists racing the wind in pairs of 2. Liam Butler and Graham Butler put in a huge performance getting a time of 26:54 coming third overall on the night. Pat ryan teamed with Simon Ryan of Dan Morrisseys cycling club to get a time of 28:42 coming 7th. Brian Devitt and Dermot Radford came 8th with a time of 29:03
