Brian Devitt and Tommy Byrnes are hiting the open water in the lake in Liddleton at 7:30 tomorrow night for anyone intersted. The lads are meeting in the sports complex at 6:40 so that if a number of people show up we can share lifts, all welcome. There is a coached swim session every friday night from 8:30 to 10:00 in the Canon Hayes swimming pool. Triathlon Ireland coach Kenny Curran is coaching the sessions. The cost is 5:50 for the use of the pool and 5 euro for the coaching. All welcome.
